Benefits for temporary employees of The People Placers:
The People Placers offers holiday pay to all temporary employees who have consecutively worked a minimum of 1,000 hours. You will receive a day of pay at your current hourly pay rate, for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
The People Placers offers vacation pay to all temporary employees who have consecutively worked a minimum of 5,000 hours. You will receive five days pay at your current hourly pay rate.
The People Placers offers tuition reimbursement to all temporary employees who have consecutively worked a minimum of 800 hours. We will reimburse you $100 per course, for every course that is related to our areas of placement (finance, accounting, human resources, etc.) with a grade of C or better (must provide transcript and receipt of tuition payment).

It is further understood that TPP reserves the right to require a criminal background investigation, drug testing, and any other background check as permitted by law. I agree to notify TPP immediately should I be offered direct employment by a TPP client (or by a referral of a TPP client to another company) either for permanent, temporary (including assignments through another agency) or consulting positions during my assignment or after my assignment has ended. I will not sign any documents or render any opinions on behalf of TPP. I will not handle any cash or negotiable instruments without the prior written consent of TPP. I understand that my work will be assigned and supervised by a client of TPP and that I am not authorized to operate either automotive equipment or machinery (other than office equipment) or perform any physical work. I also agree that for 180 days after the termination of my assignment as a temporary employee of TPP, I will not provide my services to that client of TPP, directly or indirectly, or as an employee of another temporary or consulting firm. I understand that if on a temporary assignment through TPP I will not work more than 40 hours per week without prior written consent of TPP.
